It caused a lot of trouble for us, and for a while we were using other drivers as well to get around the problem. I found that the only solution outside of this was to use the HP Universal Printer Driver which I never prefer. Thanks very much. May have been awhile ago but I'm curious on how you found out about this file? I would have never looked there. Also, I find that this appears 'somewhat' random.
